Past customers · Unanswered estimates

We get you paying customers,
or you don't pay.

You've already got the list — the estimates that went quiet and the customers who haven't been back. We work it for 30 days. If it doesn't bring you paying customers, you owe nothing.

The quiet killer

You already paid for these jobs once

You drove out, looked at the work, wrote it up — and never heard back. Not a no. Just silence. Meanwhile there are customers sitting in your system who haven't called in two years and have no particular reason to think of you.

What we actually do

How it works

  1. The initial consult, your way

Text, call, email or video — your choice. Ten minutes on what you do, what a job is worth to you, and what's sitting in your records. If there isn't enough there, we tell you straight.

  2. We plan the outreach and show it to you first

Everything goes out under your business name, in your voice, and you approve the exact wording before a single message sends. No pressure tactics, no discount spam, no pretending to be someone we're not — these are your customers and your reputation, and we treat them that way.

  3. You don't pay if we don't get you a customer

A $500 deposit starts the work and comes off the fee. We send you the named list as replies come in, and you confirm who paid you from your own records. No paying customer inside 30 days and the deposit goes back in full — though if we only get you one, we haven't done our job.

Full transparency

What your customers actually see

No mystery about it. Here's the shape of a first message on an estimate that went quiet — you'd approve your own version before anything goes out.

Subject: Still thinking about that estimate?

Hi Dana — Rick here at Coastline Plumbing. We quoted you on the water heater replacement back in March and never heard back, which usually means the timing wasn't right or the price wasn't. Either way, no hard feelings.

If it's still on your list, I can hold the same number through the end of the month and get you on the schedule. Want me to?

The whole deal, in one paragraph

If nobody pays you, you pay nothing

$1,500 flat for 30 days of work — $500 to start, the rest only once you've got a paying customer. Same $1,500 whether one comes back or thirty. No paying customer at all and the deposit is refunded in full, no forms and no argument. The definition goes in writing before we start:

A paying customer is someone from the list you provide who pays you an invoice within 30 days of the campaign start, and who had not paid you anything in the previous 90 days. You confirm each one from your own records.

Questions you're already asking

Couldn't my office manager just do this?
Yes. That's true of most things that never get done. The difference here is that it gets done, every day, for 30 days, and you pay only if it produces a paying customer.
Who are my customers actually talking to?
Messages go out under your business name, in your voice, and you approve the wording first. Anyone ready to buy goes straight to you or your office — we don't quote work and we don't negotiate price.
Why a deposit if it's pay-on-results?
$500 to start, credited against the $1,500. It covers the outreach we run on your behalf and it keeps both of us serious — this only works if you hand over the list and answer the phone. No paying customer in 30 days and it's refunded in full.
What does it cost after the 30 days?
Nothing, unless you want it running every month. We'll talk about that after you've seen what the first 30 days produced, not before.
How do you contact people?
Depends on the customer and the job — phone, text or email, whichever that person is most likely to answer. A $6,000 estimate from last month deserves a call; a customer who hasn't been in for two years usually starts with an email. You'll see the plan before anything goes out. Texting is only used where you confirm the customer opted in, and every message honors an opt-out immediately.
